III Work days on Geometric Mechanics (ULL, October, 02-03, 2013)

SUMARY: In 2004 and 2008, there were organized at the University of La Laguna, the first and second edition of the work days on Geometric Mechanics. These scientific meetings pretend to be a meeting point of the research developed by some Spanish groups working in Geometric Mechanics and its applications in Geometric Control Theory. For more than ten years there has been a close relation between these groups, which can be shown due to many joint publications along these years, national and international activities, joint ph.d. students, basic courses for the different groups, joint projects... To achieve the involvement of the young researchers, in these work days there will be the possibility to submit 30-minute communications that will be chosen by the scientific committee of these work days. SHORT COMMUNICATIONS: There will be the possibility to give a short communication (30 minutes). Anyone willing to give a talk, please send an email to mepadronull.es including a title and abstract, before September 15. The scientific committe will choose between the candidates.
